There are 5 phases to the trip.
Phase 1: Sign up if interested in going to Okinawa – Budget ~$5,000USD for the trip
Phase 2: November 1, 2025 a $100 non-refundable deposit is required
Phase 3: Based upon the numbers from the previous phase the trip fee will be provided, and another $150 deposit is required by January 5, 2026. 2025 Trip Fee was $1,100 which covered Lodging and 4 days of tour transportation with guide. The trip fee does not include airfare, admission fees, food, souvenirs, and other personal expenses.
Phase 4: Remaining balance of trip fee is required by February 15, 2026.
